Welcome to Truth Tonic Blend — a sacred space I’ve created to release the emotional residue I’ve carried for far too long. This series is a collection of unsent letters, unspoken truths, and overdue goodbyes — written not for responses or reconciliation, but for my own liberation.

Each letter is a pour from the heart. Some are to people who hurt me, some to parts of myself I’ve outgrown, and others to versions of me I’m finally ready to forgive or reclaim.

This is not a pity party or a blame game. It’s not an invitation for drama or debate. It’s a practice in release. In accountability. In reclamation. I’m not writing these to rehash the past — I’m writing them to close the door gently so I can finally turn and face the future fully present, fully free.
